Users can now reorder their booking widget steps, providing them with greater flexibility to configure their booking flow This feature is designed for businesses that want to collect lead information regardless of whether an appointment is booked. This update ensures lead collection even when no appointment slots are available or payment processing fails.
What’s New?
The Calendar Widget has three steps: the Date & Time Selector, the Form, and Payments (if enabled). The widget reorder feature allows users to customize the order of steps in the calendar widget.
Users can choose whether they want the Date & Time Selector or the Form to appear first, with the Payment step always coming last.
Note: This feature is available only for the NEO Widget.
How to Use?
- To configure the Widget Order:
- Navigate to Calendar Settings and select your calendar.
- Proceed to Forms & Payments.
- Drag and reorder the Date & Time Selector and Form components to arrange them in your preferred sequence.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
